In this capacity, Sauda Welch does not diagnose, treat, or provide any service that falls within the scope of practice of a licensed mental health therapist. Nothing communicated through this website, in written materials, during calls, workshops, or consulting engagements constitutes therapy, counseling, clinical treatment, or mental health services of any kind.
No therapist-client relationship, and no clinical relationship of any kind, is formed through your use of this website or through any consulting, training, or partnership engagement.
All partnership, consulting, and training engagements are governed exclusively by the terms of the specific written agreement signed by both parties for that engagement. These engagements are not covered by, and are not protected under, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as no clinical or therapeutic relationship exists.
A clinical relationship, and any protections or obligations associated with one, exists only where a separate, formal written agreement explicitly engages Sauda Welch in the capacity of a Licensed Clinician for a defined scope of clinical work. Absent such a signed agreement, no clinical relationship should be assumed, implied, or relied upon under any circumstance.
Services offered through this site may include, without limitation, organizational consulting, training and facilitation, workshops, strategy calls, collaboration calls, and partnership engagements. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and terms of any engagement are governed by the individual signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
